If something isn’t right with your order, here’s what we’ll do to sort it out (NB: we don’t accept returns if you just change your mind):

If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or really not as described, just let us know within 14 days of delivery. A photo will help us see what went wrong.

Once we confirm the problem, we’ll refund you in full and arrange for the item to be returned, if needed. Don’t worry — we’ll cover any return postage.

Refunds go back through the same payment method you used, usually within 14 days of us receiving the item (or receiving evidence/photos).

Here’s how we get your orders to you:

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. That means you’ll get tracking from the moment your parcel leaves us right through to delivery.

We bundle up orders and process shipping [insert your dispatch schedule: e.g. “within 1‑2 working days after payment clears”]. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send you the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive in the estimated time, please hold on 1 extra working day (sometimes delays happen). If by then you still haven’t got it, drop us a message and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.
