If something isn’t right with your order, here’s what we’ll do to sort it out (NB:  we don’t accept returns if you just change your mind):

• If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or really not as described, just let us know within 14 days of delivery. A photo will help us see what went wrong.

• Once we confirm the problem, we’ll refund you in full and arrange for the item to be returned, if needed. Don’t worry — we’ll cover any return postage.

• Refunds go back through the same payment method you used, usually within 14 days of us receiving the item (or receiving evidence/photos).

• Please hang on to your order number or invoice so we can make things smooth and quick.

Here’s how we get your orders to you:

• We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. That means you’ll get tracking from the moment your parcel leaves us right through to delivery.

• Delivery aim is 2‑3 working days once your order has been dispatched. (This doesn’t include bank holidays or weekends.) Royal Mail+2Post Office+2

• Parcels are covered for loss or damage up to £150 under this service. Royal Mail+2Post Office+2

• We bundle up orders and process shipping [insert your dispatch schedule: e.g. “within 1‑2 working days after payment clears”]. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send you the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

• If your parcel doesn’t arrive in the estimated time, please hold on 1 extra working day (sometimes delays happen). If by then you still haven’t got it, drop us a message and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.

We do not currently offer international delivery.
